Client Details

Our client is a national recruitment company who focus on both skilled trades and professional construction/engineering sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Arranging and attending client meetings in order to develop business opportunities.
  • Cold calling new and lapsed clients in order to win business.
  • Work closely with the bids and tenders team as and when PSL agreements are coming up for renewal.
  • Working to and achieving budgeted financial targets.
  • Representing the corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Plan and organise weekly/monthly itinerary.
  • Managing a small team of recruiters.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry within the light industrial or skilled trades construction sector.
  • People management experience.
  • A thorough understanding of contract/temporary recruitment.
  • Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within light industrial and skilled trades construction recruitment.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
