A national privately owned recruitment consultancy focusing on the construction, FM, engineering and industrial recruitment sectors.

The Opportunity

  • Working alongside the Directors and Team Leaders you will be responsible for all internal recruitment into the business.
  • Searching for suitable candidates via advertising , job boards, headhunting and liaising with external agencies.
  • Screening candidates both on the telephone and via face to face interviews.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process.
  • Organising interviews and assessment days.
  • Establishing a live internal vacancy list and keeping this up to date.
  • Being involved in the onboarding and technology set up of new starters.
  • Being involved in training and personal development of the recruitment consultants.
  • Predominantly based in London, but travel to regional office locations from time to time.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working as an internal recruitment consultant within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Experience of the construction, FM , technical recruitment space.
  • Ideally experience of recruiting entry level candidates into a recruitment business.
  • Able to develop positive working relationships across the business at all levels from Director level down.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
  • Experience of recruitment databases and engaging talent via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Self Motivated and driven.
  • Happy to travel across the UK as and when required.​
