Client Details

Our client is a global recruitment company focusing on the civil engineering , infrastructure and energy sectors. They are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in winning contract or direct hire recruitment business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Arranging and attending client meetings in order to develop business opportunities.
  • Cold calling clients in order to win business.
  • Attending industry networking events as and when required.
  • Working to and achieving budgeted sales targets.
  • Representing the corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Plan and organise weekly/monthly itinerary.
  • Will need to travel to attend business meetings as and when required.

 Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry within infrastructure, civil engineering or renewable energy.
  • A thorough understanding of contract/temporary or direct hire recruitment.
  • Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the recruitment sector.
  • Enjoys sales and meeting and engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
