Establishing a new life sciences recruitment division for our global client.

Client Details

Our client is the recruitment arm of a multinational engineering and construction company headquartered in the US. They are seeking an experienced life sciences or pharmaceutical recruiter who is sales focused to assist in the launch of a new office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Arranging and attending client meetings in order to develop business opportunities.
  • Cold calling new and lapsed clients in order to win business.
  • Attending industry networking events.
  • Working to and achieving budgeted  targets.
  • Placing life science/pharmaceutical professionals into both contract and direct hire positions.
  • Representing the corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Plan and organise weekly/monthly itinerary.
  • May need to travel to attend business meetings from time to time.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry within the  life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
  • A thorough understanding of contract/temporary recruitment.
  • Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised.
