Our client is a global recruitment company focusing on the civil engineering, infrastructure and energy sectors. They are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in wind/renewable energy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Arranging and attending client meetings in order to develop business opportunities.
- Cold calling clients in order to win business.
- Attending industry networking events as and when required.
- Working to and achieving budgeted sales targets.
- Representing the corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Plan and organise weekly/monthly itinerary.
- Will need to travel to attend business meetings as and when required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working within wind energy recruitment.
- A thorough understanding of contract recruitment.
- Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the recruitment sector.
- Enjoys sales and meeting and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
