Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Placing contract rail workers into established client accounts.
  • Ensuring all contract workers placed are fully compliant.
  • Writing adverts to attract suitable applicants.
  • Searching  LinkedIn/Social Media and company database for suitable candidates.
  • Interviewing and registering candidates.
  • Attending both candidate and client meetings.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working in blue collar contract recruitment.
  • Organised, punctual, hardworking, reliable and diligent.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Sound business ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to work under own initiative.
  • A team player.
  • Driving Licence.

The Package

The position pays a competitive basic salary with commission paid monthly and with no standard requirement. They also offer pay rise targets, company phone and laptop. Part remote working is possible.
