Recruitment Client Relationship Manager

Our client are the largest specialist scientific and clinical recruitment consultancy in the UK. The key objective of the role is to ensure that key accounts are maintained to the highest standard and service level agreements are consistently achieved.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To gain an in depth understanding of the key clients, internal culture and both development and organisational objectives.
  • Track on a monthly basis fulfilment and service levels and report performance as outlined in Service Level Agreements formally to client at quarterly reviews.
  • To increase the scope of the contract through additional bolt on contracts and services in new verticals, geographies, disciplines etc.
  •  To provide market intelligence and development best practice to the client.
  • To support the sales and bid function in the production and direction of sales collateral and to contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
  • To ensure any queries and/or issues with associates/contractors are dealt with in a professional and effective manner.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level and ideally has experience of working across the pharmaceutical and life science sector.
  • Experience of working within recruitment with knowledge of various delivery models (both insourced and outsourced) and multi-disciplined approach.
  • Able to confidently engage, network, present, influence and close at senior director level.
  • Highly effective at consultative selling, conducting due diligence and developing creative solution in response to client’s needs.
  •  Commercially astute with knowledge of a variety of costing and commercial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal/written/personal – with excellent presentation skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • A team player, though happy to lead, self-motivated and driven.
  •  Ability to travel UK wide as and when required and have own car and driving licence.
