The Opportunity

  • Working alongside the Managing Director you will be responsible for the training and personal development of all employees.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and performance management programmes.
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Delivery of 121 coaching and group sessions.
  • Building learning solutions.
  • Take lead on career strategies for graduates, apprentices, and work experience
  • Predominantly based in London, but travel to regional office locations from time to time.

 Person Specification

  • Experience of working within learning and development within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Able to build, write and develop learning solutions with an emphasis on the recruitment industry.
  • Able to demonstrate success within the work environment.
  • Happy to be based in the London offices full time.
  • Able to lead projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.​
