Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To develop both new and existing relationships within the support services (cleaning) recruitment sector.
- Calling clients to discuss their recruitment needs.
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
- Working alongside the Sales Director with regard business development activities.
- When able to , engaging and meeting with clients.
- Managing and motivating a team of 3 resourcers.
- Being involved in the re tendering of PSL agreements.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Recruitment experience gained within the support services/cleaning recruitment sector.
- Experience of and enjoys sales and client development within the recruitment support services sector.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of success in career to date.
- Self motivated and organised.
- Able to communicate with senior level client stakeholders.
- Able to lead and develop a team.
- Self motivated and driven.
