Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To develop both new and existing relationships within the support services (cleaning) recruitment sector.
  • Calling clients to discuss their recruitment needs.
  • Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
  • Working alongside the Sales Director with regard business development activities.
  • When able to , engaging and meeting with clients.
  • Managing and motivating a team of 3 resourcers.
  • Being involved in the re tendering of PSL agreements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Recruitment experience gained within the support services/cleaning recruitment sector.
  • Experience of and enjoys sales and client development within the recruitment support services sector.
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success in career to date.
  • Self motivated and organised.
  • Able to communicate with senior level client stakeholders.
  • Able to lead and develop a team.
  • Self motivated and driven.
