Sales Director Staffing MSP   

Houston $120K – $150K plus Commission

Being involved in the winning of MSP agreements across the US.

The Client

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors.  They are currently launching a global MSP business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify clients who may be interested in the MSP offering.
  • Involved in all  aspects of the bids and tenders process.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with both the Global President and the research team with regard identifying target clients.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Communicate and liaise both internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Travelling across the US with regard meeting key client stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A thorough understanding of MSP and experience of selling MSP Solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate historic success in the MSP work environment.
  • Experience of working with clients who have contingent spends in excess of $20 million per annum.
  • Able to understand and navigate around the MSP bids and tenders process.
  • Ideally experience of energy, engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors with regard previous MSP wins.
  • Able to work with colleagues across global geographies.

The Package

  • Market Leading base salary plus commission.
