Senior Solutions Manager (MSP/RPO)

London/Remote. £80K-£90K plus commission/bonus.


The Client

One of the most well known and respected names within the UK MSP/RPO Solutions market.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify clients who may be interested in the MSP offering.
  • Involved in all  aspects of the bids and tenders process.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with both the Head of Sales and the research team with regard identifying target clients.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Communicate and liaise both internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Travelling across the UK with regard meeting key client stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A thorough understanding of MSP/RPO and experience of selling MSP/RPO Solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate historic success in the MSP/RPO work environment.
  • Experience of working with clients who have contingent spends in excess of £10 million per annum.
  • Able to understand and navigate around the MSP/RPO bids and tenders process.
  • Ideally experience of financial services, technology or retail industries.
  • Able to work with colleagues across global geographies.
