The opportunity.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead this exciting venture. As the head of the construction recruitment division, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and drive the growth of this division from the ground up.

Your role will involve:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to establish and expand our construction recruitment presence.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and candidates within the construction sector.
• Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results.
• Utilizing your industry knowledge to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Delivering outstanding recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

• Proven experience within the construction industry. Able to demonstrate billing success.
