• Sales Focus: Drive sales initiatives, meet targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our recruitment division.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market movements to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.

 

Experience Required :

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Recruitment Expertise: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the energy sector or a technical field.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Industry Knowledge: A passion for the energy sector and a keen interest in its future developments.
