Client Details

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on the oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing candidates into established accounts as well as winning new client accounts.
• Working on direct placements with an average fee value of $20K-$25K.
• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate interviews.
• Attending client meetings.
• Being involved in sales and business development.
• Attending industry networking events.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in direct hire recruitment within the oil and gas, energy or renewables sector.
• Able to demonstrate business development success within the recruitment industry.
• Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
• Excellent candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
