Client Details

Our client are global staffing business headquartered in New York. They are seeking a senior level individual to mange their office portfolio. This is an office based position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and functional leaders on managing and future proofing the company`s real estate portfolio.
  • Assist and support the finance team with planning and execution of office moves.
  • Involved in Facilities Management of the office network.
  • Work closely with the Group MD and Directors with regard the need for office flux.
  • Manage a small team involved in support and administration.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10 years solid continuous relevant employment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • People Management Experience.
  • Experience of working within a corporate, fast paced environment such as Staffing, Real Estate, Tech.
  • Experience of management within facilities and business support environments.
  • Experience of working in a sales focused organisation would be desirable.
