Working as a Account/ business development manager. Responsible for winning recruitment business within the sector of manufacturing and automotive.

The Opportunity

• To bill and build a team that focuses on permanent placements within the blue and white collar construction sector.
• Reporting into the UK Director you will be involved in the hiring and personal development of all recruitment consultants as well as the day to day running of the division.
• Working to and achieving pre agreed financial objectives.
• Engaging and meeting clients as and when required.
• Motivating and leading the teams.
• Being “hands on”.
• Being an integral part of the senior management team.

Person Specification

• Experience of permanent construction recruitment.
• Experience in the training and personal development of recruitment consultants.
• A passion for providing a market leading service to both clients and candidates.
• A proven billing history.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience of team building.​
