Client Details

Our client is a global staffing agency who have extensive growth plans across the US. They focus on the sectors of FS, Life Sciences, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain and Technology.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Source senior level candidates via headhunting, networking and social media use.
• Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring both candidate and client undergo a best practice experience.
• Working as a full desk (360) recruiter.
• Attend client and candidate meetings.
• Ensure financial objectives are achieved.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in the recruitment industry as a direct hire recruiter.
• Experience of engineering or infrastructure recruitment.
• Able to demonstrate success with the recruitment work environment.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
