Placing Engineers into the Life Sciences/ Pharma industry.

The Client

Our client is a global staffing  business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power, renewables and life sciences sectors. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate zoom/teleconference meetings.
• Engaging with clients regarding their hiring needs.
• Placing contract/temporary workers into established client accounts.
• Placing candidates into direct hire positions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in staffing  within the engineering into pharma space.
• Experience of placing candidates such as validation engineers and commissioning engineers.
• Able to demonstrate evidence of success within  the staffing sector.
• Able to source hard to find talent.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
