Recruiter (Power & Renewables) – Florida,USA

London, UK/Florida USA. £50K plus commission.

Client Details

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are currently looking at growing their US operation in Florida. You will be based in the UK for 12 months before relocating to the US and have quarterly trips to the US re training and development in the first 12 months.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing candidates into accounts across the US within the power and renewables sector.
• Working on permanent vacancies on a contingent and search basis.
• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate interviews.
• Attending industry networking events.

Desired Skills & Experience​

• Experience of working as a recruitment consultant within the sectors of power and renewables.
• Experience of permanent recruitment or search and selection.
• Able to win business.
• Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
• Able to relocate to the US within 12 months (currently based in the UK).

The Package

A competitive basic salary, bonus scheme and hybrid working. Quarterly travel to the US Year One.
