London, UK. £50K plus commission.
Summary
The Client:
Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
As a 360 Recruiter, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their project controls staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the contract project controls sector, including cost engineers, planners, and project controllers.
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Market Intelligence: Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our talented team of recruiters to share best practices, strategies, and success stories.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the energy, construction, engineering, or project controls sectors.
- Strong understanding of the contract project controls landscape and the ability to engage with both candidates and clients effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid working environment.
