Recruiter – Rail

Houston, Texas, USA. $60k-$70K plus commission. Placing rail professionals into new and established accounts.

Summary

Working within the professional rail sector you will be responsible for managing existing business as well as developing and winning new accounts.

The Client

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate interviews.
• Attending industry networking events.
• Attending client meetings.
• Placing contract/temporary workers into established client accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in recruitment within the professional rail sector.
• Able to demonstrate evidence of success within  the recruitment work environment.
• Able to manage and develop existing client accounts.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great sales and business development skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
