Our client is a global staffing  business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power, renewables and life sciences sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate zoom/teleconference meetings.
• Engaging with clients regarding their hiring needs.
• Placing contract/temporary workers into established client accounts.
• Cold calling clients to develop new business.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in the recruitment industry within the mining or oil and gas/energy sector.
• A thorough understanding of contract/temporary and permanent recruitment.
• Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within  the recruitment sector.
• Enjoys sales and meeting and engaging with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
