Working within the NMNC Sector (Non Medical,  Non Clinical) placing long term contractors into NHS trusts.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established recruitment consultancy with a network of UK offices.

​Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing candidates such as Accountants, Credit Controllers, Hospital Managers and General managers into the NHS.
• Ensuring all candidates are compliant to work.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best practice” candidate experience.
• Working to and achieving pre-agreed financial objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Recruitment experience gained within the NMNC sector is essential . (Finance, Operations, Commissioning or Governance)
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success within the NMNC recruitment sector.
• Reliable, punctual and articulate.
• Able to work to financial targets.
• A good team player.
• Professional telephone manner.
