Calgary, Canada. CAD70K plus commission.

Working as a Recruiter. Responsible for placing recruiters in the Oil and Energy sector.

The Client

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
  • Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
  • Arranging candidate interviews.
  • Attending industry networking events.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Placing contract/temporary workers into established client accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in recruitment within the oil and gas, energy, construction, technical or technology recruitment sectors.
  • Able to demonstrate evidence of success within the recruitment work environment.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.

The Package

Competitive basic salary and monthly bonus scheme. Hybrid working 3 days home, 2 days office.
