The Opportunity
- Working alongside the Managing Director you will be responsible for the training and personal development of all employees.
- Create and execute learning strategies and performance management programmes.
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Delivery of 121 coaching and group sessions.
- Building learning solutions.
- Take lead on career strategies for graduates, apprentices, and work experience
- Predominantly based in London, but travel to regional office locations from time to time.
Person Specification
- Experience of working within learning and development within a recruitment agency environment.
- Able to build, write and develop learning solutions with an emphasis on the recruitment industry.
- Able to demonstrate success within the work environment.
- Happy to be based in the London offices full time.
- Able to lead projects.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
