Client Details

Our client are a very large national recruitment consultancy focussing on the civil/structural and engineering sectors. They are searching for an experience regional recruitment manager to help build their professional construction and civils division across the north.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a small team across the geographies of Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester and growing it.
  • Hiring experienced and trainee recruiters to grow the team.
  • Formulating and leading a business development strategy.
  • Working with the senior leadership team to hit revenue targets.
  • Being involved in all aspects of hiring and leadership.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of the recruitment industry gained within the professional construction or civil engineering sector.
  • Experienced in people management and ideally multi-site office management.
  • Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the recruitment sector.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Happy to travel to different office locations across the north.
