They offer an engaging, energetic place of work with high earning potential and have a culture of success.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and developing existing client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Placing engineering and construction professionals into contract\/temporary positions.<\/li>\n<li>Attending both candidate and client meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all candidates undergo a \u201cbest practice\u201d candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working to and achieving pre agreed financial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Attending industry networking events.<\/li>\n<li>Calling clients in order to win new business.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the interview process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of&nbsp; contract\/temporary recruitment within any recruitment sector.
