They offer an engaging, energetic place of work with high earning potential and have a culture of success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing existing client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Placing engineering candidates such as M&amp;E maintenance engineers into established client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Attending both candidate and client meetings.\u00a0(when allowed)<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all candidates undergo a \u201cbest practice\u201d candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working to and achieving pre agreed financial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the interview process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of\u00a0 permanent recruitment within any recruitment sector.
