The Client

Our client is a global staffing business who focus on the engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. This opportunity is to work in the workforce solutions team based out of the Houston office (hybrid work schedule possible).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for running MSP programmes independently and unsupervised.
• Coordinating activities and developing relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
• Working across a varied client base.
• Track and report on project status, including budgets and profit and loss.
• To assist the Sales Director in business development meetings and attend both teams and in person client meetings.
• Able to work from the Houston offices 2/3 days per week.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A thorough understanding of MSP staffing solutions.
• Experience of working with MSP tech such as Fieldglass.
• Able to work through an MSP programme from start to finish.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.

The Package

Competitive base salary, hybrid working schedule. (Must be able to attend the Houston office minimum 2 days per week).
