The Client

Our client are one of the largest specialist medical recruitment companies in Australia. They provide medical professionals such as doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals to meet short and long term needs in general practice, hospital accident and emergency departments and clinical units across Australia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To place doctors into established client accounts across Australia.
• To ensure that all doctors are fully compliant and to work with the compliance team as and when required to ensure this is achieved.
• To engage with the client regarding current and future hiring needs.
• To contact and network through the company database in order to source doctors for “hard to fill” positions.
• To achieve agreed financial objectives.

Person Specification

• Experience of working within healthcare recruitment.
• A real passion for healthcare and delivering on complicated assignments is essential.
• Hard working, well presented and an excellent team player.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent telephone manner and a good eye for detail.
• Ambitious and tenacious.
• Excellent in both client and candidate facing situations.
• Sound commercial and business ethics.
• Happy to be office based 100% of the time.

The Package

Competitive Basic Salary, plus Quarterly Commission.
