Client Details
Our client are independently owned and focus on the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment team of 10 and reporting into the Owner.
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment team including assisting with business development and hiring.
- Client engagement and relationship building.
- Being P & L accountable.
- Holding weekly and monthly staff meetings/appraisals.
- Assisting with accounts and credit control as and when required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of blue collar contract and permanent recruitment.
- Experience of management in a blue collar or construction recruitment environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A thorough understanding of financials.
- Able to be 100% office based.
- Able to demonstrate success in your recruitment career to date.
