Our client are independently owned and focus on the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment team of 10 and reporting into the Owner.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment team including assisting with business development and hiring.
  • Client engagement and relationship building.
  • Being P & L accountable.
  • Holding weekly and monthly staff meetings/appraisals.
  • Assisting with accounts and credit control as and when required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of blue collar contract and permanent recruitment.
  • Experience of management in a blue collar or construction recruitment environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A thorough understanding of financials.
  • Able to be 100% office based.
  • Able to demonstrate success in your recruitment career to date.
