Houston, USA. $100K – $120K plus Commission

Summary

The Client

Our Client is looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Manager that has worked within the energy/oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for leading teams in both Houston and Calgary.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Place qualified candidates into established accounts
• Manage client relationships and full cycle recruitment process.
• Attend sales calls and intake meetings.
• Utilize a variety of tools including iCIMS, Oil and Gas Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoom info.
• Attend industry networking events to identify new candidates and prospects.
• Keep abreast of industry movements, projects, and trends.
• Work closely with the Regional Director and Business Development Director to identify client leads.
• Develop, coach, mentor and provide training to the recruitment team.

Experience and skills

• Experience of staffing gained in the oil and gas/energy space.
• Experience of people management and leading a team in the staffing space.
• Action oriented
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Decision making.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Resiliency.
• Excellent time management.

The package

A competitive total compensation package that includes base salary and commission.

Hybrid working so will need to be based in the Houston area.
