Recruitment Team Leader – Oil & Energy

Copenhagen, Denmark. 500.000 DKK per year plus commission.

Summary

Working as a Recruitment team leader. Responsible for placing recruiters in the Energy sector and managing a small team.

The Client

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They have recently launched a new office in Denmark.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with the Managing Director to establish an achievable financial budget.
  • Responsible for building a recruitment team.
  • Key point of contact for key clients and contactors in the region.
  • Working closely with the senior management team and counter parts across Europe to ensure revenue objectives are achieved.
  • To work with the European Business Development Team with regard winning new business.
  • Involved with personal interaction with key clients and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience gained within the recruitment sector of oil & gas and energy.
  • Experience of dealing with corporate clients.
  • Experience of identifying business prospects within the recruitment energy space.
  • Able to demonstrate previous success in the recruitment sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
