Southampton, UK. £45K plus commission.

Client Details

Our client are a recruitment business who focus on the built environment and infrastructure sectors. They are looking for a contract recruiter who can win business and build accounts to focus on the professional construction sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing construction professionals such as quantity surveyors, project managers, site supervisors, estimators and contracts managers into contract/temporary positions.
• Writing adverts to attract suitable applicants.
• Searching LinkedIn and company database for suitable candidates.
• Interviewing and registering candidates.
• Making sales calls win business.
• Attending both candidate and client meetings.
• Working to and achieving financial objectives as set by the team manager.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in recruitment within the professional contract construction sector.
• Able to demonstrate sales success within the professional contract construction sector.
• Organised, punctual, hardworking, reliable and diligent.
• Excellent IT and communication skills.
• Sound business ethics and integrity.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Able to work under own initiative.
• A team player.
