Senior Recruitment Consultant – Doctors
London, UK. £45K plus commission.

Client Details
Our client are one of the largest specialist medical recruitment companies in Australia, with offices in both Australia and London. They provide doctors to meet short and long term needs in general practice, hospital accident and emergency departments and clinical units. They are currently searching for an experienced recruitment team leader with a thorough understanding of the UK doctors recruitment market to lead their London office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To place doctors into existing client accounts.
- To attend networking and industry related events.
- To ensure that all doctors are fully compliant and to work with the compliance team as and when required to ensure this is achieved.
- To assist in company audits as and when required.
- To attend client meetings.
- To interview doctors face to face.
- To work closely with the owner who is based in Australia with regard building the London team.
- To be responsible for the London office achieving its financial objectives.
- To manage and motivate the team.
Person Specification
- Experience of working within the UK doctors recruitment sector.
- Able to demonstrate success within the recruitment industry.
- Some people management experience desirable.
- Hard working, well presented and an excellent team player.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent telephone manner and a good eye for detail.
- Ambitious and tenacious.
- Excellent in both client and candidate facing situations.
- Sound commercial and business ethics.
The Package
A competitive basic salary and commission structure. It is envisaged that the role will be part office and part remote based.
